Austin graduated from Purdue University in 2014 with degrees in Agronomy and Finance. After spending the early part of his career working in production agriculture, he decided to put his knowledge to use in habitat management and land consulting. Along with helping clients meet their objectives with their own land, Austin has also developed multiple parcels of his own. Austin lives in Madison County with his wife and children.

Joel, a passionate outdoorsman and and bowhunter, has 10+ years in the land and timber business. Currently residing in Delaware County, IN, Joel has built a land portfolio of his own. One of his life focuses has been to hone his land stewardship skills. Maximizing value and purpose of the land. Joel believes in the 50/50 rule. 50% agriculture/50% wildlife. Provide housing, provide food for the entire ecosystem. Joel is extremely knowledgeable in the forestry and logging industry. He has been a part of forestry and logging projects in IN, OH, and NC. He has had the opportunity to work with highly regarded professionals within the industry, growing his knowledge and skillset.
